She is a member of The Florida Bar, and Rhode Island and Arkansas bar associations. Ms. Damron is a former prosecutor with more than a decade of experience. She earned her B.S. degree, cum laude, from Florida State University and her J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law. Upon graduation, Ms. Damron began her legal career as a prosecutor in Jacksonville, Florida, where she tried numerous cases including misdemeanors such as DUI and domestic battery, to felonies such as armed robbery and attempted first degree murder. She has been head of a personal injury/litigation department at a former firm in Rhode Island. DR. LYNN D. LISK is the director of the paralegal program at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. He clerked for the Arkansas Supreme Court and the Workers' Compensation Commission, and spent close to 13 years in private practice with a focus on personal injury, family law and criminal defense litigation. In 2004, Dr. Lisk gave up the private practice of law to head up the first paralegal studies program in the state to obtain American Bar Association approval. In 2008, he was appointed by the Arkansas Supreme Court to its committee on continuing legal education. Dr. Lisk is a frequent writer and speaker on litigation and related topics. He earned his B.A. degree from Ouachita Baptist University and his J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas Law School in Little Rock.
