ERIK HENINGER is a partner in the law firm Heninger Garrison Davis LLC, where his areas of practice include automotive, medical malpractice, bad faith and intellectual property. Mr. McCall is a former judicial law clerk for the Honorable Hugh Maddox of the Alabama Supreme Court, and former staff attorney for the Honorable Charles Thigpen and the Honorable Sharon Yates of the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals.
