JOHN P. BROWNING is an attorney with Burr Forman LLP, where he practices in the areas of product liability, torts, construction, insurance litigation and securities litigation. Mr. Browning is known for his extensive solo jury trial experience, having been recently recognized as a Rising Star in personal injury defense litigation by Alabama Super Lawyers magazine. His litigation experience is not limited to personal injury litigation, however, as he is often asked to represent the firm's clients with disputes concerning insurance, construction, securities, real estate and general business/corporate conflict. (Mobile location) THOMAS R. EDWARDS is a sole practitioner in Montgomery, whose primary practice involves representing injured people from car/truck wrecks and work injuries. In addition to his extensive trial experience, he has also tried a number of tort-of-outrage cases, including one that received a $4.5 million verdict. He is past president of the Alabama Association for Justice (formerly the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association). Mr. Farrow has spoken for various groups on his areas of practice and is a reformed defense attorney. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the Montgomery County and Louisiana State bar associations, the Alabama State Bar, and the Hugh Maddox Inns of Court. Mr. Farrow is admitted to practice before the Alabama and Louisiana state and federal courts. GAMBLE JR. a partner in the litigation group in the Mobile office of Phelps Dunbar LLP. His practice focuses on corporate disputes, shareholder claims, breach of contract, breach of warranty, fraud, professional liability and bad faith claims. His practice also focuses on personal injury claims, including defense of products liability, premises liability, wrongful death, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, worker's compensation and health care claims. Mr. Gamble also regularly defends construction defect claims, including defense of developers, manufacturers, professional engineers, general contractors, sub-contractors and equipment suppliers. He is registered on the Alabama State Court Mediator Roster. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama.
