ROSS N. COHEN is an attorney with Haskell Slaughter Young & Rediker, LLC, where his main areas of practice are taxation and tax planning, estate planning, corporate law and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and international law and immigration. Mr. Cohen is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in tax law, and trusts and estates, and he was recognized in the Birmingham Business Journal's 2006 and 2007 "Best of the Bar" polls. MUSSO, CAMS, is special counsel in the law firm of Jones, Walker, Waechter, Potevent, Carrere & Denegre, L.L.P. Her practice provides regulatory and general corporate services to a variety of financial institutions, including banks, thrifts, insurance companies (and each of their holding companies), broker-dealer, private funds and investment advisers. Ms. Musso compliance counseling includes risk management, BSA/AML, data security, privacy and affiliate transactions.
