M. TODD HUNTLEY is a partner in the Birmingham law firm of Starnes & Atchison LLP, and a member of the firm's Recruiting Committee. Mr. Huntley's practice has been devoted to civil litigation that includes health care litigation, biotechnological and pharmaceutical litigation, and long-term care/nursing home litigation. He has experience in trying multiple cases to a jury verdict, specifically in the defense of health care providers. Mr. Huntley was instrumental in obtaining the first published opinion in Alabama enforcing an arbitration agreement entered into between a long-term care facility and one of its residents.
