CHRIS ALBRIGHT is an attorney in the law firm of Ellis & Bloom, L.L.C., where his practice includes personal injury. Mr. Albright is admitted to the Alabama State Bar and U.S. District Courts, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama. CELESTE PATTON ARMSTRONG is Of Counsel to the law firm of Varner & Associates and staff counsel to Allstate Insurance Company, where she practices in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury defense, coverage opinion and special investigative unit cases. She has lectured to various professional groups on several issues pertaining to her practice areas. Ms. Armstrong earned her B.A. degree from Berea College and her J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. BRANDON T. BISHOP is a partner at Gaines Wolter Kinney. While his practice includes personal injury defense, insurance coverage, products liability defense, and trucking and construction litigation, the bulk is devoted to automobile litigation. In just seven years of practice, Mr. Bishop has tried more than fifty jury trials, first chair, throughout the State of Alabama. The majority of cases tried were car wrecks, including uninsured and underinsured motorist cases. During the past five years, he has been consistently named by The Alabama Jury Verdict Reporter as one of The Most Prolific Trial Attorneys of Alabama. STEVE R. BURFORD is an AV peer rated lawyer who concentrates in corporate litigation representing insurers, manufacturers, commercial freight companies and other businesses. Mr. Burford has extensive experience in all aspects of insurance related law, including representation of insureds, as well as insurers in first party actions, particularly fraud, punitive damages, personal injury, product liability actions and employment-related actions. He provides coverage related services, including policy coverage analysis, and representing insurers and businesses in declaratory judgment actions. As part of his corporate litigation practice, Mr. Burford has become well experienced in defending insurers, manufacturers and other businesses in class action litigation. He has been in practice since 1990, having served as a clerk to the Chief Justice of Alabama. Mr. Burford is admitted to all federal courts in Alabama and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar and graduated from Birmingham-Southern College. Mr. Burford is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, the Transportation Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law. Trial Advoc.715 (1989). He has been a featured speaker at a number of business functions, trade organization meetings and continuing legal education seminars. AUBREY J. HOLLOWAY JR. is a partner in the firm, Christian & Small LLP. Mr. Holloway has more than 20 years of practice in a broad area of civil trial litigation, primarily focused on insurance defense with an emphasis on both commercial and personal transportation. His practice also includes general corporate liability litigation, premises liability and insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Holloway is a former trial counsel to Allstate Insurance Company's litigation department and previously served as general counsel to Molton, Allen & Williams, a mortgage bank and insurance brokerage. He has tried more than 100 jury trials to verdict as lead or solo counsel and was ranked the most prolific trial attorney in 2006 by The Alabama Jury Verdict Reporter. Mr. Holloway is a former law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Crowder, 10th Judicial Circuit of Alabama. He is admitted to practice before the Alabama State Bar and the U.S. District Court (Northern, Middle and Southern districts) of Alabama. Mr. Holloway earned his B.A. degree from Middle Tennessee State University and his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law.
