December 14 - Birmingham JAY F. GUIN is a member of the Tuscaloosa law firm of Tanner & Guin, LLC, where he practices in the areas of bond finance, industrial development bonds, business law, corporate law, commercial law, partnership law, limited liability company law, low-income housing, securities, state taxation, and local taxation. He co-wrote the Alabama Chapter of CCH's Business Incentives Guide . Mr. Guin is the recipient of the Dean M. Leigh Harrison Award, Hornbook Award and Order of the Coif. He is a former law clerk to the Honorable Seybourn Lynne, Senior Judge, U.S. District Court, and Northern District of Alabama.
