December 9 - Birmingham DANIEL E. HARRELL is an attorney with the law firm of Balch & Bingham LLP, in the Birmingham office, where he is a member of the firm's labor and employment and business litigation sections. His labor and employment experience includes labor disputes and arbitrations; Title VII actions involving race, gender and color discrimination; Fair Labor Standards Act collective actions; ERISA actions; and other general labor and employment matters. TODD LOWTHER is a partner in the Balch & Bingham LLP Birmingham, Alabama office, where he focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation, personal injury and product liability defense and other business litigation. Mr. Lowther has experience representing both policyholders and insurance carriers in coverage analysis, coverage litigation, bad faith litigation, and risk allocation issues involving various types of insurance policies, including but not limited to commercial general liability policies, commercial automobile policies, commercial property policies, and professional liability policies. He has experience defending wrongful death, personal injury, and product liability claims. Mr. Yeilding is a member of the firm's Business Litigation Practice Group. His practice includes the representation of both policyholders and insurance carriers in coverage analyses, coverage litigation, and risk allocation issues involving various types of liability insurance policies, including commercial general liability, automobile, errors and omissions, officers' and directors', professional liability, and pollution policies. December 10 - Montgomery JASON J. BAIRD is an attorney in the Montgomery law firm of Slaten & O'Connor, P.C. He concentrates his practice in insurance defense and general civil litigation, employment law, real estate litigation and appellate practice. Mr. Baird clerked for the Honorable Judge Charles Thigpen, Alabama Court of Civil Appeals. He is licensed to practice before all Alabama state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Eleventh Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court.
