JOHN M. CARAWAY JR. is an attorney practicing with Campbell & Campbell PC in Talladega, Alabama. Mr. Caraway focuses his practice in consumer bankruptcy litigation. He also is a founding partner of the Alabama Consumer Law Group LLC, which is a consortium of affiliated consumer attorneys who litigate and/or arbitrate consumer law issues in both state and federal court. Mr. Caraway earned his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University, completed course work for his M.A. degree at U.A.B. and earned his J.D. degree from the Birmingham School of Law. He is the Alabama State Chairman for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

MARY FRANCES FALLAW is an attorney with the Chapter 13 Trustee's Office in Birmingham, where her main area of practice is chapter 13 bankruptcy, including attending hearings and reviewing filings. She has previously lectured for the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, the Birmingham Bar Association and the Volunteer Lawyers Association on chapters 7 and 13 bankruptcy. Ms. Fallaw earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Presbyterian College and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law. She is a member of the Alabama and Birmingham (member, Board of Bankruptcy and Commercial Law sections) bar associations.

CAROLYNN MOORE is a sole practitioner in Birmingham, where she focuses her practice on bankruptcy, probate and real property. Ms. Moore is a member of the Birmingham (member, bankruptcy and commercial law sections) and Alabama State (member, elder law, real property, probate and trust sections) bar associations. She has previously lectured on the issues of landlord and tenant law. Ms. Moore earned her B.S. degree from Birmingham Southern College, her J.D. degree from the Birmingham School of Law, and her Ph.D. from the University of Illinois.
