RASHAD L. BLOSSOM practices with the Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, LLP firm's Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Distressed Investing Practice Group. His practice is primarily focused on the representation of commercial debtors and creditors in workouts, chapter 11 bankruptcy re-structurings and liquidations, and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Mr. Blossom's experience in bankruptcy and restructuring matters spans many industries, including manufacturing, real estate, and hardware distribution. JAMES A. NADLER joined Nadler & Associates, P.C. in 2005 after practicing complex civil litigation in Chicago for 15 years. The last ten of which were at the law firm of Nadler, Pritikin & Mirabelli. Mr. Nadler is charged with overseeing the firm's litigation and legal education department and serves on the firm's executive management committee. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and his J.D. degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Mr. Nadler is a member of the Alabama and Illinois State bars. In 2003, Mr. Nadler was chosen as one of "40 Under 40 Attorneys to Watch" in Illinois by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.
