RONALD W. FARLEY is a partner with the Birmingham law firm of Burr & Forman LLP, where he practices in the areas of environmental law and administrative law. Mr. Farley counsels and represents clients on a wide variety of environmental permitting, compliance and regulatory enforcement matters and on environmental due diligence aspects of real estate and brownfield transactions. He earned his B.A. degree from Auburn University, his M.S. degree from Georgia State University and his J.D. degree from Mercer University. Mr. Farley is a member of the American Bar Association (Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Section), the Alabama State Bar (past-chair of the Environmental Law Section and member of the Section's Executive Committee) and the State Bar of Georgia (Section on the Environment). He is the immediate past chair of the Southern Section of the Air and Waste Management Association. JOSH D. JOHNSON is an associate with Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, where he is a member of the general litigation, real estate litigation, insurance, and construction practice groups. His practice concentrates on real property and land use matters as well as representing financial institutions and insurance companies in civil litigation across the country. Mr. Johnson is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Alabama Young Lawyers, American Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association and Defense Research Institute (Professionalism and Ethics Committee). He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Alabama; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Alabama; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Alabama; and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas. Mr. Johnson earned his B.S. degree from Mississippi College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law. GREER B. MALLETTE is an attorney with the law firm Christian & Small LLP. His main areas of practice are property, business litigation, civil litigation, real estate and construction litigation. Mr. Mallette has previous lecture experience on boundary and easement disputes, where he discussed resolutions through both litigation and ADR. He is a member of the Birmingham and American bar associations, the Alabama State Bar and The Mississippi Bar. Mr. Mallette earned his B.S. degree from University of the South and his J.D. degree from University of Alabama.
