RONALD W. FARLEY is a partner with the Birmingham law firm of Burr & Forman LLP, where he practices in the areas of environmental law and administrative law. Mr. Farley counsels and represents clients on a wide variety of environmental permitting, compliance and regulatory enforcement matters and on environmental due diligence aspects of real estate and brownfield transactions. GENE W. GRAY JR. is a sole practitioner in Birmingham, where his main areas of practice are real estate development law, business planning law and probate law. He earned his B.A. degree from Tulane University and his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Mr. Gray is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar and Greater Birmingham Association of Homebuilders. ROBIN KELLEY practices with Kelley Law Firm, LLC, in Auburn, where he focuses in civil litigation, zoning and land use, collections, real estate, family law, wills, corporate law and business law. Mr. Kelley conducts extensive research in the areas of municipal financial distress and municipal bankruptcy. He is admitted to practice in Alabama and Georgia, and before the Middle District of Alabama. Mr. Kelley is a member of the Lee County and American bar associations, the Alabama State Bar, and the Georgia State Bar. He earned his B.A. degree from Virginia Wesleyan College, his M.C.P. and M.P.A. degrees from Auburn University, and his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. GREER B. MALLETTE is an attorney with the law firm Christian & Small LLP. His main areas of practice are property, business litigation, civil litigation, real estate and construction litigation. Mr. Mallette has previous lecture experience on boundary and easement disputes, where he discussed resolutions through both litigation and ADR. He is a member of the Birmingham and American bar associations, the Alabama State Bar and the Mississippi Bar. Mr. Mallette earned his B.S. degree from University of the South and his J.D. degree from University of Alabama School of Law. LAURENCE D. WEYGAND is been president of Weygand Surveyors, Inc. and has been with the firm for 34 years. Mr. Weygand is past president of the Birmingham Chapter of ASPLS (Alabama Society of Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors) and he has been a member since 1974. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Alabama. Mr. Weygand is a licensed professional land surveyor and professional engineer.
