JUDD J. ANDERTON is an associate with Balch & Bingham LLP in the Birmingham office and a member of the firm's creditors rights and bankruptcy practice group. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar. Mr. Anderton earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree, from Cumberland School of Law. PAUL H. GREENWOOD is an attorney at the Birmingham office of Balch & Bingham LLP, and a member of the creditors' rights, and bankruptcy and litigation practice groups. He represents a wide variety of corporate and individual clients in bankruptcy cases, commercial litigation, loan workouts, and the enforcement and execution of judgments. Mr. Greenwood's practice includes providing banks and other creditors with advice regarding the foreclosure and resale of real estate, particularly with issues involving title, rights of competing lienholders and rights of redemption. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law. Mr. Greenwood is a member of the Alabama State Bar. M. LEE JOHNSEY JR. is an attorney at Balch & Bingham LLP, and a member of the firm's creditors' rights and bankruptcy practice group and the lending practice group. In his practice, Mr. Johnsey regularly represents lenders and other creditors in bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings and litigation arising in both state and federal courts. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, The Florida Bar, and the Birmingham and American bar associations. Mr. Johnsey earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Florida School of Law and his B.S.BA degree from Auburn University.
