SEAN C. PIERCE is a shareholder with the law firm of Carr Allison, in their Birmingham office. His practice focuses on the counsel and defense of companies, insurers and individuals in a wide variety of litigation involving transportation, automotive liability, personal injury, products liability, premises liability and insurance. Mr. Pierce is an accomplished moderator, presenter and author on liability and insurance issues, and has been asked to speak to various groups, including company representatives, insurer representatives, physicians and other healthcare providers, and fellow attorneys. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Alabama. Mr. Pierce is a member of the American Bar Association (Tort, Trial and Insurance Practice and Litigation sections), the Alabama State Bar (Litigation Section), the Defense Research Institute, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and the Birmingham Bar Association. He earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Alabama.
