DESMOND V. TOBIAS is a member of the law firm of Tobias Comer LLP in Mobile, where he practices in personal injury litigation, insurance fraud, bad faith, automobile accidents and injuries, wrongful death, and slip and fall. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, The Florida Bar, the South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Tobias earned his B.A. degree from the University of Alabama and his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University.
