DAVID WELLS is a member of the law firm of Whitaker, Mudd, Simms, Luke & Wells, L.L.C. Mr. Wells practices in the areas of insurance defense, professional liability, insurance coverage, trucking/transportation defense and appellate practice, with an emphasis on personal injury defense. He is admitted to the Alabama State Bar; and the U.S. District Court, Northern, Middle and Southern districts of Alabama. Mr. Wells earned his B.A. degree from the College of William and Mary and his J.D. degree from Samford University Cumberland School of Law. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Birmingham and American bar associations, the Alabama Defense Lawyers' Association and the Defense Research Institute.
