F. LUKE COLEY JR. is a sole practitioner in Mobile, where his main areas of practice are family, divorce, criminal law, small business law, and general and civil trial practice in all state and federal courts. Mr. Coley earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Alabama. ENFINGER JR. is an attorney in Montrose, Alabama, where he practices in Baldwin County, Alabama. His practice concentrates primarily on domestic relations law, along with work in personal injury, criminal and civil litigation. Mr. Enfinger is a member of the Family Law Section of the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama and American associations for Justice and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He earned his B.A. degree from Huntingdon College and his J.D. degree from University of Alabama Law School. JAMES D. JEFFRIES JR. is an attorney with Jeffries Family Law, LLC, where his main areas of practice are divorce, post-divorce and juvenile matters. He began his legal career as a prosecutor in the Mobile County District Attorney's office. In 2003 Mr. Jeffries opened Sherman & Jeffries, LLC, concentrating on family law and criminal defense matters, prior to opening his current solo office in January of 2008. He served as chair of the Family Law Section of the Alabama State Bar in 2008-2009 after serving on its Executive Committee for several years. Mr. Jeffries also is a charter member of the Family Law Association of Alabama (FAMLAA). He has been active in the Mobile Bar Association, serving previously as its secretary, as well as serving as chair of the Family Law Committee of the Mobile Bar Association's Volunteer Lawyer Program. Mr. Jeffries currently is a member of the Alabama Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on Child Support Guidelines and Enforcement, as well as a statewide committee that has been tasked with reviewing and making recommendations for possible revisions to Alabama's version of the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA). He continues to lecture to attorneys across the state regarding family law issues. Mr. Jeffries earned his B.A. degree from the University of South Alabama and his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama. CHARLES H. JONES JR. is an attorney and has been in private practice since 1994. Mr. Jones' main areas of practice are general civil practice with focus on domestic relations, bankruptcy and workers' compensation. He is publisher and editor in chief of ALABAMA Appellate Review, a legal periodical which provides digest summaries of all decisions from the Alabama Supreme Court and the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals. Mr. Jones' is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Mobile Bar Association, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his B.A. degree, from Auburn University and his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. WILLIAM E. SCULLY JR. is a sole practitioner in Daphne, Alabama. Mr. Scully is a general practice attorney with broad trial and appellate experience in the federal, state and military systems. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Baldwin County Bar Association, Baldwin County Bar Grievance Committee, Baldwin County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (president; 2001 and 2002.), Alabama Bar Military Law Committee, Eastern Shore Sertoma Club (president 2000 and 2001) and Baldwin County Foster Parent's Association. Mr. Scully also is admitted to practice in Alabama and Indiana. He was an Assistant District Attorney for Mobile County from 1991 to 1996. Mr. Scully is in active duty with the United States Army, and currently Commander of the 139th Legal Support Organization and Colonel Judge Advocate General's Corps with the U.S. Army Reserves. He earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Washington and Lee University Law School.
