PATRICK W. FRANKLIN is an associate with Ferguson Frost & Dodson LLP, where his practice areas include financial services litigation (FDCPA and FCRA), personal injury, insurance coverage and litigation, premises liability, and business torts. Mr. Franklin received his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, cum laude, from The University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Alabama and his Juris Doctorate degree, summa cum laude, from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, Fort Worth, Texas. He is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Alabama State Bar. Mr. Franklin is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Alabama; the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Alabama; and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Alabama. JAMES A. NADLER joined Nadler & Associates, P.C. in 2005 after practicing complex civil litigation in Chicago for 15 years. The last ten of which were at the law firm of Nadler, Pritikin & Mirabelli. Mr. Nadler is charged with overseeing the firm's litigation and legal education department and serves on the firm's Executive Management Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and his J.D. degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. In 2003, Mr. Nadler was chosen as one of 40 Under 40 Attorneys to Watch" in Illinois by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. In February 2006, he was chosen by Chicago Magazine and Law and Politics Magazine as a top 100 Super Lawyer out 47,000 practicing lawyers in Illinois. He has taught numerous classes on various law topics and litigation techniques to his peers. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar; the Illinois State Bar Association; the Birmingham Bar Association; The National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys; and the Creditors Attorneys Association of Alabama, in which he is currently serving as president. BRENT YARBOROUGH is an attorney with the Birmingham law firm of Zarzaur & Schwartz, P.C., where he practices in the areas of collections, creditors' rights and commercial litigation. He is a frequent speaker on topics related to collections and consumer law. Mr. Yarborough earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Birmingham-Southern College and his J.D. degree from Cornell University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) and on the Executive Board of the Birmingham Bar Association's Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section. In addition, Mr. Yarborough is a vice president of the Birmingham-Southern College National Alumni Association and serves on the steering committee of the Central Alabama Financial Education Coalition.
