LEONARD ANDERSON is an attorney with the Anchorage law firm of Burr Pease & Kurtz, where his main areas of practice are transactional business entities, probate and estate planning and real property. Mr. Anderson has given lectures for the Alaska Bar Association and its Elder Law Section and for National Business Institute. He is a member of the Alaska Bar Association (chair, Business Law Section and a member of the Estate Planning and Probate Section). Mr. Anderson is the president elect and member of the board for the Anchorage Bar Association. He earned his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University. AMRIT KAUR KHALSA is the owner of the Law Office of Amrit Kaur Khalsa. Since 1986, she has concentrated her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship and elder law issues, including disability and long-term care planning, Medicaid, and Medicare. Ms. Khalsa has spoken at seminars for the Alaska Bar Association and other professional organizations on topics relating to estate planning, probate, guardianship, and elder law. A resident of Anchorage since 1967, she earned her undergraduate degree in Philosophy with highest honors from Spring Hill College and her law degree with honors from Gonzaga University School of Law. Ms. Khalsa is a member of the Anchorage Estate Planning Council, the Estate Planning and Probate Section and the Elder Law Section of the Alaska Bar Association, the American Bar Association Real Property, Probate, and Trusts Law Section, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. STUART CAMERON RADER is an attorney with the Anchorage law firm of Ingaldson, Maassen & Fitzgerald, P.C., where he practices in the areas of personal injury, real estate, elder law, wills and probate. Mr. Rader is a member of the Alaska Bar Association (current member of the Law Related Education Committee, Real Estate Section and the Estate Planning and Probate Section and former member of the Elder Law Section). He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Kansas and J.D. degree from the University of Puget Sound School of Law.
