GREGORY F. HARLEY is a partner for Burr & Forman LLP, where he is a part of the firm's commercial litigation group with a concentration on complex litigation, class action defense and employment matters. He has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation and has handled disputes on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants on a broad range of issues including breach of contract, fraud, trade secrets, defamation and unfair business practices claims. Mr. Harley serves as National Outside Litigation Counsel for a diversified telecommunications company. In 2005, Mr. Harley was selected as a Rising Star among Georgia lawyers by Law and Politics and the publishers of Atlanta Magazine. He also co-wrote an article in the February, 2007 edition of Business to Business Magazine entitled "How Your Company Can Avoid Post-Employment Covenant Killers." He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (member, Bench and Bar Committee), Alabama State Bar, American Bar Association (member, Commercial and Banking Litigation Section) and the Defense Research Institute (member, Commercial and Employment Litigation Committee). RICHARD C. KELLER is a partner with Burr & Forman LLP, where he practices in the areas of commercial, general litigation and financial services. He is a member of the American, Tennessee and Birmingham bar associations; the Alabama State Bar, The Mississippi Bar and the South Carolina Bar. Mr. Keller earned his B.S. degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy; his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law; and his M.B.A. degree from the University of Nebraska.
