CARL H. MORRISON II, AACP, is senior certified paralegal in the Tulsa law firm of Rhodes, Hieronymus, Jones, Tucker & Gable, P.L.L.C. where he concentrates in the areas of medical litigation including medical malpractice and medical products liability, nursing home litigation, vaccine litigation, asbestos litigation, general insurance defense and premises liability. Mr. Morrison is responsible for all aspects of the case from initial client contact to trial preparation and participation. This includes conducting research, client interviews, preparing pleadings, memoranda, briefs, witness lists, trial notebooks, deposition scheduling and summaries, as well as coordinating document production, organizing trial exhibits and preparing detailed medical summaries regarding patients' medical histories. Mr. Morrison has presented numerous seminars, webinars and in-house training sessions over the past several years. He wrote "The Paralegal's Guide to Vaccine Litigation - From Roadmap to Resolution"; Law Magazine, Winter 2009-2010. Mr. Morrison is a member of NALS - the association of legal professionals, NFPA and various local legal organizations including the Tulsa County Bar Association. He also serves on the Paralegal Studies Advisory Board for Community Career College. He earned his B.S. degree from Northeastern State University and his A.S. degree from Tulsa Community College.
