ANNE HUGHES ACP, FCP, is a Florida Registered Paralegal with The Florida Bar Association and works with the law firm of Roper & Roper, P.A. as a litigation paralegal. Ms. Hughes is a member of the Orange County Bar Association (Paralegal Section) and a past-president of the Central Florida Paralegal Association (CFPA). For the past three years, she has coordinated the 12-week Certified Legal Assistant/Paralegal Review Course for the CFPA and has taught several sections. Ms. Hughes earned her A.S. degree, with high honors, from an ABA-approved paralegal program and her B.A. degree in legal studies with specializations in transactional law and trial advocacy. She has the designation of Advanced Certification in Discovery through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and has taken the state-specific examination for the Florida Certified Paralegal (FCP) through the Paralegal Association of Florida (PAF). Ms. Hughes was an adjunct instructor at ITT Technical Institute's Paralegal Studies Program and is currently the Student Relations Chair, Webmaster and Secretary of the CFPA.
