JUSTIN C. LETO is owner and president of a civil trial firm in downtown Miami which handles all types of civil litigation ranging from personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, products liability and legal malpractice, environmental litigation and appellate matters. Mr. Leto is a member of the Florida State Bar, the Florida Justice Association, the Dade County Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Dade County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (former board member). He was also recognized as one of the Top Up and Coming Attorneys for 2008 and 2009 and as a Florida Rising Star. Mr. Leto earned his B.S. degree from the University of Arizona and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
