BENEDETTO is a shareholder and head of the trusts and estates department of Stewart & Irwin PC, where his practice is focused solely in the area of trusts and estates, including estate administration and related litigation. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Indiana. Mr. Benedetto has lectured for National Business Institute on estate planning and probate matters. He earned his B.S. degree from Syracuse University, his J.D. degree from Indiana University and his LL.M. degree from the University of Miami.
