ROBERT J. HAUER is the founding partner in the Minneapolis law firm of Hauer, Fargione, Love, Landy & McEllistrem, P.A., where he practices in the area of personal injury litigation, plaintiff only. He is an adjunct professor at St. Thomas University Law School. Mr. Hauer has written numerous articles related to uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage and personal injury. He has spoken to PROSOURCE, NASP, MSBA, Twin Cities Claims Association, Preferred One, Twin Cities Insurance Club, Washington County Bar and several other professional groups. He earned his B.A. degree from St. Thomas College and his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Hauer is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Minnesota Trial Lawyers and The American Association for Justice. He also is past president of Central Minnesota Legal Services.
