ASHLEY T. DAVIS is an attorney in the Richmond office of McGuireWoods LLP, where she concentrates her practice in the fields of toxic tort litigation, products liability, premises liability, personal injury defense, medical malpractice, workers' compensation law and wrongful death. She serves as lead counsel in federal and state court actions, and has represented clients with litigation involving allegations of exposure to a variety of chemical and environmental substances, including asbestos, benzene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, silica and mold. Ms. Davis is an adjunct assistant professor of law at the T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond, where she teaches trial skills and oral advocacy and is a frequent guest lecturer. Ms. Davis is a member of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys and the Virginia and American bar associations. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the College of William & Mary and her J.D. degree, with high honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
