LORETTA MARTIN is an independent paralegal and concentrates in the areas of litigation support, personal injury and deposition summaries. Ms. Martin conducts legal and factual research; prepares pleadings, memoranda and briefs; witness lists and exhibits; trial notebooks; and deposition schedules and summaries. She also coordinates and manages document production; organizes pleadings and trial exhibits; assists lawyers at trial; gathers and reviews medical records; maintains general client contact; and handles all aspects of the case from initial client contact to trial preparation and participation. Ms. Martin earned her paralegal certificate from Katharine Gibbs College in Montclair, New Jersey.
