VICKI A. BOLINGER, RP, is with the firm of Margolis Edelstein, where she focuses her work in the area of medical malpractice defense. Ms. Bolinger has been a paralegal for more than 14 years. She has served as an adjunct professor at the Computer Learning Network in Mechanicsburg, where she taught paralegal students in the areas of civil litigation and legal office procedures. Ms. Bolinger earned her A.A. degree in paralegal studies from Harrisburg Area Community College. She is a Registered Paralegal with the National Federation of Paralegal Associations. She is also a member and former chairman of the CLE Committee of the Central Pennsylvania Paralegal Association.
