DAVID A. WESTBROCK is a shareholder with Chandler and Brown, Ltd. practicing in the areas of estate planning, business planning, trust administration, probate and real estate. He has assisted numerous individuals and families with wealth preservation, estate and gift tax planning, charitable giving, asset protection, and incapacity planning. In his business planning practice, Mr. Westbrock regularly assists businesses of all sizes with business formations, business succession planning, buy sell agreements, and businesses purchases and sales. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude. At the University of Dayton, Mr. Westbrock was awarded the Certificate for Academic Excellence in the Study of History. He earned his J.D. degree,cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, graduating. While in law school, Mr. Westbrock was the recipient of the Chief Justice Douglas K. Amdahl Scholarship and the CALI Award for study in Civil Procedure. He has presented at numerous seminars for professionals and individuals, including topics on estate planning and charitable giving.
