GREGORY J. BANCHY earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1981, with majors in Information Systems and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He studied law and received his law degree, magna cum laude (class rank 6 of 149), from the Marquette University Law School in 1987. Mr. Banchy received a number of awards during his time at Marquette, and was selected for membership in the Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honor Society. Upon graduation from law school, he worked for the firm of Foley and Lardner in Milwaukee, as well as other smaller firms in the Milwaukee metro area. Mr. Banchy also has extensive IT experience, working for such companies as IBM, Harley-Davidson, and Allen-Bradley (now Rockwell Automation), primarily in LAN and WAN administration. He is currently a member of the Eau Claire County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He isalso admitted to practice before the federal courts in Wisconsin. His practice involves primarily estate planning, probate and business law; however, Mr. Banchy also handles some real estate matters in connection with his estate planning practice. KEITH R. LYMAN joined the law firm of Frazer Ryan Goldberg & Arnold LLP as an associate in 2008. As an estate planning attorney, Mr. Lyman focuses his practice on estate planning and long-term care planning, including Medicaid eligibility and asset protection, along with the use of special needs trusts. He is also a certified financial planner, having earned his designation in 1996. Mr. Lyman practiced law in Indiana for 27 years with a practice focused on estate planning and long-term care planning. He graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 1977, and is licensed to practice law in Kansas, Indiana and Arizona. He is also a member in good standing of the Arizona State Bar Association and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Lyman is the author of Teach Yourself Estate Planning in 24 Hours, published by Pearson Education, a division of Macmillan Publishing, and The Strategy of Long-Term Care - How Middle and Upper Middle Class America Qualifies for Medicaid, published by Brooke-Matthews Publishing Co., Inc. He is also the technical editor of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Wills and Estates, published by Pearson Education and technical editor of Personal Financial Planning Guide, also published by Pearson Education.
