THOMAS F. ALEXANDER is a shareholder with Larkin Hoffman Daly & Lindgren Ltd. and past chair of the firm's real estate and land use practice group. He practices in the areas of real estate, land use and environmental law, while also possessing experience in the areas of corporate and securities law. Mr. Alexander is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association (Board Certified Real Property Specialist) and Hennepin County Bar Association. He is a past member of the board of directors of the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, Inc. Mr. Alexander is an active member of AECRE (Attorneys and Executives in Corporate Real Estate) an international association of corporate real estate executives, in-house corporate real estate counsel and outside real estate counsel. Prior to attending law school, he worked for a number of years in the investment banking industry as an operations manager and corporate bond trader. Mr. Alexander earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Gustavus Adolphus College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law. RYAN N. BOE is a shareholder with Larkin Hoffman Daly & Lindgren Ltd. and a member of the firm's real estate and land use practice group. Mr. Boe's practice is concentrated in real estate law including real estate transactions, lending and land use issues. Prior to joining Larkin Hoffman Daly & Lindgren Ltd., he practiced law in both Nebraska and South Dakota. Mr. Boe most recently practiced with Lamson, Dugan and Murray, LLP of Omaha, Nebraska from 2001 to 2005. He is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota (Business Law Committee), and Nebraska State (Real Estate Practice Guidelines Committee) and Minnesota State (Uniform Conveyancing Blank Forms Committee) bar associations. Mr. Boe was named a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine in 2007, 2008, 2009 and also for 2010. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Augustana College and his J.D. degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law.
