RYAN J. FULDA is an attorney at the law firm of Johnson & Jones, P.C. Mr. Fulda's practice focuses on a wide variety of civil litigation, including wrongful death, catastrophic injury, professional negligence, construction negligence, employment litigation, business litigation, trust litigation and contested probates. He has jury trial experience in state and federal courts. Mr. Fulda also practices in the corporate and estate planning groups in the firm. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Oklahoma with an undergraduate degree in letters, and at that time was selected as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Fulda then went on to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in law school, he was a published member of the American Indian Law Review.

J. ANTHONY MILLER is a member of Smiling, Miller & Vaughn, P.A., in Tulsa. Mr. Miller's practice is primarily insurance defense. He previously served as a staff trial attorney for Farmers Insurance Company. Mr. Miller also has represented plaintiffs in cases involving products liability, medical malpractice, personal injury, business transactions, and real estate transactions. He has served as the city attorney for the cities of Mounds, Oklahoma and Kiefer, Oklahoma. Mr. Miller has been listed in Who's Who in American Law. He is the author of Texas v. Johnson, The Flag Burning Case, a book that discusses the U.S. Supreme Court's controversial decision about whether burning an American flag is protected free speech. Mr. Miller has received the 1st Place award in the Tulsa City-County Library Creative Writing Contest in the Unpublished Essay Category. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Arizona and his J.D. degree from the O.W. Coburn School of Law. Mr. Miller is admitted to practice in all federal courts in Oklahoma, the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He also is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association.

R. LAWSON VAUGHN is a partner at the law firm of Smiling, Miller & Vaughn, P.A. Mr. Vaughn has practiced law in Oklahoma and Arkansas since 2007. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked in the Farmers Insurance claims department for more than 10 years. During that time, Mr. Vaughn investigated liability and coverage issues and handled litigated and non-litigated injury claims and property damage claims. He has represented clients in matters involving personal injury, property damage, business transactions, breach of contract workers compensation, subrogation and collections. Mr. Vaughn earned his B.A. degree from Oklahoma State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. He is admitted to practice before the Oklahoma Bar, Arkansas Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Mr. Vaughn is a member of the Oklahoma, Arkansas, American and Tulsa County bar associations.
