| From Event: Medical Records and Charts 101 for Paralegals, held May 2011.
Program Description
The creation of a working notebook of medical records is a critical task for paralegals. However, to make that happen, all of the relevant information needs to be included. A clear understanding of what should be included in a medical chart and where medical documents can be located is critical to identify the missing pieces. Receive a unique outlook on these issues from a paralegal with a medical background who has handled records from both the medical and legal perspective.
