ROBIN CRABB is a 1995 graduate of Northwestern University School of Law. He worked for nine years at the City of Chicago Department of Law, before relocating to the Twin Cities area. In his current position as an assistant director with the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility, Mr. Crabb investigates and prosecutes allegations of attorney misconduct. His work at that office has resulted in numerous reported decisions, including In re Winter, 770 N.W. 2d 463 (Minn. 2009); In re Mayne, 783 N.W. 2d 153 (Minn. 2010), and In re Coleman, 793 N.W.2d 296 (Minn. 2011). Mr. Crabb regularly conducts contested attorney discipline hearings before a judge appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court, and makes oral argument before the Minnesota Supreme Court. MICHAEL C. FLOM is a principal with the Minneapolis law firm of Gray, Plant, Mooty, Mooty & Bennett, P.A., where he practices in the areas of business, real estate, commercial litigation, appellate practice, legal ethics and professional responsibility. He is extensively involved in legal ethics and lawyers' professional responsibility and is a frequent lecturer on these topics. In addition to representing clients in these areas, Mr. Flom serves as Gray, Plant, Mooty, Mooty & Bennett, P.A.'s internal compliance officer and counsel. He is a past panel member of the Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association and the Hennepin County District Court Arbitration program. Mr. Flom also is an associated member of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution and a member of the Hennepin County, Minnesota State and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan. TERRY E. NILLES is a shareholder in the law firm of von Briesen & Roper, S.C., where he chairs the firm's ethics committee. He earned his B.A. degree from Lawrence University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan. Since graduating from law school, Mr. Nilles has focused his practice on commercial litigation. He is a past chair of the Milwaukee Bar Association's Professionalism Committee and has been a frequent lecturer on legal ethics. Mr. Nilles is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers.
