AMY CLARK MEACHUM is a partner in the Austin law firm of McGinnis, Lochridge, & Kilgore, L.L.P. Ms. Meachum has a diverse litigation practice in which she represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. In the past several years, she has represented numerous individuals throughout the country against drug companies for failing to warn about the dangers of their products. Ms. Meachum spends a large portion of her defense-side practice representing lawyers in malpractice and other professional liability matters. She has been named a "Texas Rising Star" by Texas Law & Politics magazine for the past three years (2007, 2008 and 2009) for general civil litigation. Ms. Meachum is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. She earned her B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University and her J.D. degree from The University of Texas School of Law. C. BROOKS SCHUELKE is a partner in the Austin law firm of Perlmutter & Schuelke, LLP. Mr. Schuelke has been an attorney for more than 14 years and his practice includes the representation of plaintiffs in legal malpractice, personal injury, and consumer and corporate litigation. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Schuelke earned his B.B.A. degree from University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. degree from The University of Texas School of Law.
