MICHAEL P. HAAG is an attorney with Haag Law Offices, P.A. in Anoka, Minnesota. He has considerable experience representing business and corporate clients, including Subchapter C and S corporations, LLCs, and LLPs. Mr. Haag's practice focuses on business and tax matters, with an emphasis on representing 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporations and faith based ministry and church clients. He is the former host of Seeking Precedence; a legal advice radio program. Mr. Haag also sits on several nonprofit boards and speaks regularly on issues affecting nonprofits and for-profit corporations. He also is an adjunct professor at Hamline University Graduate School of Business, where he teaches the law of nonprofits. Mr. Haag has past experience in public accounting, providing tax and legal consulting services to corporate clients. He has written several articles for publication on various corporate tax issues. Mr. Haag earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Hamline University. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
