PATRICK T. O'ROURKE is the managing associate counsel for the University of Colorado's Department of Litigation. Mr. O'Rourke is a frequent lecturer on his areas of practice. He received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Creighton University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. O'Rourke is a member of the Denver Bar Association and The Colorado Bar Association.
