DEBORAH FRAZIER has 10 years experience helping healthcare practices and healthcare manufacturers meet their technology goals. Ms. Frazier leads the Healthcare Solutions Resource Forum, which is a group of healthcare specialists that are focused on identifying the legislative changes that impact practices and business associates, and combining their resources to develop comprehensive solutions. Her insight into the healthcare legislation has given her the ability to react appropriately and develop unique compliance programs to protect both covered entities and business associates alike. She manages the sales and marketing efforts of BlueWave Computing Healthcare and has been instrumental to the growth and prosperity of the company. PAIGE JOYNER is the owner of Compliance +, LLC, a consulting firm that provides healthcare organizations with cost effective solutions for HIPAA, Red Flag and OSHA compliance. Ms. Joyner has spoken regularly to large groups including the Licensed Professional Counselors of Georgia; Georgia Eldercare Association; the Forsyth Senior Network; the Pickens County Senior Network; the Atlanta Bar Association Eldercare; the South Atlanta Association of Health Underwriters; the Coastal Empire Association of Health Underwriters and Women in Insurance and Financial Services. She attended the American College of Switzerland in Leysin, Switzerland for two years and returned to the states to complete her undergraduate degree in psychology at Emory University. In 2001, she completed her graduate studies with the ACMT having earned her PhD in Theology. Recently, Ms. Joyner completed the DDI Healthcare Leadership Training Program. She is licensed for health, life and sickness, and property and casualty insurance sales and holds her 6 and 63 financial licenses as well.
