DEBRA ELSBURY is the office manager of the Indianapolis law firm of Threlkeld & Associates. Ms. Elsbury has been an office manager for 13 years and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office. As office manager her work includes the handling of accounts, billing, payroll and administering policies and procedures. Ms. Elsbury is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and is the immediate past president for the Indiana Chapter. She earned her Certified Legal Manager (CLM) certificate in 2009.
