NATHAN J. DOSCH is a tax manager with the private wealth services group at Grant Thornton LLP, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He focuses on assisting individuals and businesses with tax, estate and succession planning issues. Mr. Dosch also assists individuals and businesses with early estate business planning and development issues, including entity formation, funding, and transactional issues. He is the author of the Wisconsin Estate Planning and Tax Law Blog, DigitalEstatePlanning.com, and in various print and on-line publications. Mr. Dosch also has written and participated in the preparation of various articles on the topics of estate planning and tax law. He regularly presents to different groups, including financial professionals, attorneys, accountants and the general public on the topics of taxes, estate planning, probate and trust administration, business entity selection and business planning. Mr. Dosch is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, Dane County Bar Association, Outagamie County Bar Association, Milwaukee Bar Association, Fox Valley Young Lawyers Association, Fox Valley Estate Planning Council and Madison Estate Council. He earned his B.S. degree from North Dakota State University and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. In addition, between his first and second year of law school, Mr. Dosch studied international and comparative law abroad at the University College in Dublin, Ireland. While working as a practicing attorney he returned to academia to earn his Master's of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. JONATHAN A. DYRUD is a sole practitioner in St. Paul, where he practices in the areas of probate, wills and trusts, estate planning (including planning for avoiding probate and avoiding or reducing estate and gift tax) and elder law (including special planning needs for the elderly client, protecting assets in nursing home situations, powers of attorney and health care directives). He was an adjunct professor of estates and trusts at William Mitchell College of Law and was a visiting lecturer at Hamline University School of Law on estate planning and tax. Mr. Dyrud also has lectured for a CLE seminar titled "Tax Considerations Real Estate and Powers of Attorney in Spenddown to Eligibility for Medical Assistance". He earned his B.A. degree from Moorhead State University, his J.D. degree from Hamline University and his LL.M. degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Mr. Dyrud is a member of the Ramsey County and Minnesota State (member, sections on: Probate and Trust, Elder Law and Real Property) bar associations. TAMMY KOESTER PARKS is vice president and market manager for the trust department at Johnson Bank Wealth Management in Madison, Wisconsin. She is responsible for administering personal and institutional trust accounts, as well as overseeing the personal, corporate and institutional trust divisions of Wealth Management at Johnson Bank in Madison. Ms. Parks has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of trust and estate planning as an attorney and as a trust administrator. She is a regular speaker for National Business Institute, as well as for various departments of the University of Wisconsin, Madison and Whitewater. Ms. Parks is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Forum for Women Estate Counselors and Tempo International. She is a volunteer for Domestic Abuse Intervention in Madison, and is past president and current board member of the Madison Estate Council. Ms. Parks earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, and her J.D. degree from DePaul University in Chicago. ANGELA M. PAULSRUD is an attorney with the Madison, Wisconsin law firm of Hill, Glowacki, Jaeger & Hughes, LLP. She practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration (including the preparation of estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns) and real estate. Ms. Paulsrud earned her bachelor's degree, with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Dane County Bar Association and the Legal Association for Women. Ms. Paulsrud has given a number of presentations on estate planning and estate and trust administration to attorneys, paralegals, trust officers, accountants and the general public, and is a former contributor to the chapter The Organizational Form in A Guide for Wisconsin Nonprofit Organizations, published by the State Bar of Wisconsin.
