PETER J. SARDA is counsel to the Creech Law Firm, P.A. Mr. Sarda focuses his practice on civil litigation, commercial law and real estate. A graduate of the Air Force Academy, Mr. Sarda earned his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. He taught business law at North Carolina State University and has lectured on civil procedure for continuing legal education programs. Mr. Sarda served as a clerk to Justice I. Beverly Lake of the North Carolina Supreme Court before joining the firm in 1981. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, and the American, North Carolina and Wake County bar associations. Mr. Sarda also is certified as a mediator in civil matters in the North Carolina Superior Court.
