ROBERT H. CHANDLER is an attorney with Chandler and Brown, Ltd., where his main areas of practice are estate planning and trust law, trust and probate administration, estate and trust litigation, estate and gift tax planning, and business succession. Mr. Chandler has more than 37 years of legal experience. He assists families and individuals with their estate planning needs, including directing the appropriate disposition of assets, tax minimization, incapacity planning, and probate avoidance. Mr. Chandler counsels regarding integration of assets (e.g. life insurance policies, retirement accounts, business interests, and real property) into a comprehensive wealth transfer plan. He has been a presenter of continuing education seminars for National Business Institute and numerous other professional organizations. Mr. Chandler is director of the Board of United Hospital Foundation (former two-term chairman). He is a former Trustee of Crown College and Director of Foundations for Lyngblomsten and Augustana Care Corporation. Mr. Chandler earned his bachelor's degree, with honors, from Northwestern University, his master's degree, with honors, from Wheaton College and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Northwestern University School of Law.
