SHANNON M. STITH currently serves as an accounting consultant for her own consulting company and is employed as an Internal Audit Project Manager with Boise, Inc. (BZ). Previously, Ms. Stith served as vice president of finance for RxElite, Inc. (RXEI.OB) from January 2008 through September 2009 and vice president and chief financial officer at PCS Edventures!.com, Inc. (PCSV.OB) from August 2005 through January 2008. From March 2005 until August 2005, she was a chief accountant for Washington Group International in the financial reporting department-internal reporting. Prior to working in finance and accounting, Ms. Stith worked for various law firms in Idaho, Mississippi, and Texas in the areas of family law, estate planning, insurance defense, and intellectual property. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Business Administration from Boise State University. Ms. Stith currently holds a Registered Paralegal certification from the NFPA and is an active Idaho Certified Public Accountant.
