TIMOTHY M. VAN de KAMP is an attorney at Mallery & Zimmerman, S.C., where he concentrates his practice on real estate transactions, municipal government, commercial development and land use issues. He also focuses on contract law and negotiation, and all aspects of business, from the organization and general operation of a company to its sale or growth through acquisition. Mr. Van de Kamp has presented on "A Review of Current Law Cases Involving Land Use Zoning" at the 2006 Land Use Planning Around Airports Symposium and at seminars entitled "Resolving Real Estate Title Defects" and "Drafting LLC and LLP Operating Agreements." He serves on the board of directors for the preservation of a historic building on Lake Mendota in Madison and the governing board for an undergraduate organization at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Van de Kamp is a member of the American and Milwaukee bar associations, and the State Bar of Wisconsin, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School.
