JAMES E. DICKMEYER is a sole practitioner in Kirkland, Washington. For the past 20 years, his practice has emphasized debtor/creditor matters, including Chapters 7, 11 and 13 for debtors and creditors, non-bankruptcy workouts and small business liquidations. Mr. Dickmeyer is an arbitrator for the King County Superior Court, a volunteer attorney for the King County Bar Association Debt Clinic and Eastside Legal Assistance Program, and was previously a mentor for the University of Washington School of Law. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the King County Bar Association and the East King County Bar Association. Mr. Dickmeyer is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. He earned his B.A. degree from the College of William & Mary and his J.D. degree from the University of Puget Sound School of Law.
