DAVID A. LIBRA is a shareholder in the Minneapolis law firm of Lapp, Libra, Thomson, Stoebner & Pusch, CHTD, where his areas of practice include real estate, estate planning and business law. He represents businesses and individuals in commercial and residential real estate purchases, financing and leasing. Mr. Libra is a frequent speaker for business and professional groups on real estate law and commercial leasing. He is a Real Property Law Specialist, certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association, and he is a member of the Real Estate Property sections of the Minnesota State and the American bar associations. Mr. Libra earned his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. JEFFREY C. O'BRIEN is a partner with Mansfield Tanick & Cohen, P.A., practicing in the areas of business and corporate law, real estate law, estate and business succession planning, and probate law. Mr. O'Brien's clients represent a diverse array of businesses and business owners including real estate agents, developers and investors, title companies, community banks, restaurant operators, manufacturing companies and franchised businesses. He has a significant experience with the formation of new businesses and oversees the Mansfield Tanick & Cohen Business INCubation Center, a unique program designed to assist new and developing businesses in their formative years. Mr. O'Brien serves on the Board of Directors of the American Association of Microbusinesses (AAM) and U.S.-China Business Connections (UCBC). He also is a Minnesota State Bar Association Board Certified Real Property Specialist. Mr. O'Brien earned his B.S. degree, with honors, from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and his J.D. degree, with honors, from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. A frequent lecturer and writer, Mr. O'Brien has presented and written articles on a variety of topics such as asset protection planning, entity conversions, real estate lending and loan documentation, and other general business matters. ROLFE A. WORDEN is a partner in the law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson, LLP, where he practices in the areas of general business law and real estate. He served as an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas Graduate School of Business, teaching New Venture Law from 1987-2005. He received the St. Thomas Faculty Award for Excellence in Teaching in 1996. He is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating in legal ability and ethical standards. Mr. Worden has participated in a number of seminars and continuing legal education programs. He has written a variety of articles on real estate and business law topics. Mr. Worden earned his A.B. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Michigan School of Law, where he was an editor of the Michigan Law Review.
