VALERIE D. ARNOLD is a shareholder with Arnold, Rodman & Pletcher PLLC. Ms. Arnold practices in all areas of family law, including complex divorce, interstate and international divorce and child custody, Hague Convention, non-Hague parental child abduction, parental child abduction prevention, third-party custody and visitation, and appellate law. Ms. Arnold is a fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (IAML) and serves on the IAML's Committee on Hague Conventions. Ms. Arnold has published numerous articles on interstate and international family law, including co-authoring the "Interstate and International Jurisdiction and Custody Issues" chapter for the Minnesota State Bar Association's Minnesota Custody and Child Support Deskbook. Ms. Arnold has lectured locally, nationally and internationally on interstate and international family law issues. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). Ms. Arnold is a volunteer for the Chrysalis LAW Program and the Ramsey County Pro Se Clinic. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota, her French master's degree from Université de Savoie, her M.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and her J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. KATHRYN A. GRAVES is a shareholder in the firm of Katz, Manka, Teplinsky, Graves & Sobol, Ltd., located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She practices in the area of family law, and is a family law neutral/mediator. Ms. Graves earned her B.S. degree and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota. She has been practicing law in Minnesota since 1985, focusing primarily on family law litigation and mediation. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and a member of the Hennepin County (Family Law Section) and Minnesota State (Family Law Section) bar associations. Ms. Graves has been selected as a Minnesota "SuperLawyer" for the past eight years for her work as a family law attorney. She has delivered numerous continuing legal education seminars on family law-related issues, including the impact of bankruptcy proceedings on divorce, custody and parenting time disputes, child support and discovery issues in dissolution proceedings. PAMELA J. WAGGONER of Waggoner Law Office in Minneapolis, Minnesota, practices exclusively in the area of family law, with cases involving divorce, assisted reproduction, paternity, child custody, child support and third party custody. Ms. Waggoner has experience lecturing on changes in the child support law for Minnesota Continuing Legal Education and county and state family law associations. She is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association and the Ramsey County Bar Association, and is the past and current chair of the Family Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Ms. Waggoner is an adjunct professor for William Mitchell College of Law, teaching family law. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, and her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and she has received training in collaborative law, mediation and early neutral evaluation.
