RUBENSTEIN is a shareholder in the Minneapolis law firm of Moss & Barnett, A Professional Association, where he practices in the areas of finance, business, bankruptcy, commercial real estate and mediation. Mr. Rubenstein received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Williams College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from George Washington University. He is a frequent speaker for professional groups on bankruptcy and commercial leasing topics, and he is certified as a business bankruptcy specialist by the American Board of Certification. Mr. Rubenstein is a member of the Minnesota State and Hennepin County bar associations.
