JULIANNE R. FRANK is a shareholder in the firm of Frank, White-Boyd, P.A., with offices in Palm Beach Gardens, Stuart, Vero Beach and Royal Palm Beach. Her practice has been limited to business and consumer bankruptcy matters and asset protection planning. She is a frequent lecturer and has appeared on national radio and television programs discussing financial distress planning. Ms. Frank wrote, "Freedom From Debt: Taking Control of Financial Crisis," Guideline Press. She earned her B.A. degree from Tulane University and her J.D. degree from Northwestern University Law School. Ms. Frank is one of less than 200 lawyers who are board-certified in both consumer and business bankruptcy law by the American Bankruptcy Board of Certification. She is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the South Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and the Palm Beach County Bar Bankruptcy CLE Committee. BRAD PERRI graduated in 2002 from Drake Law School where he served as editor in chief of the Drake Law Review. For the first six years of his career, he worked as a municipal construction attorney in the City of Chicago, first at a law firm, and, later, as in-house counsel to the City of Chicago's O'Hare Modernization Program. In 2008, Mr. Perri moved to Saint Paul where he opened his own office practicing exclusively in consumer bankruptcy. As part of his practice, Mr. Perri serves as volunteer counsel for the District of Minnesota's pro bono Bankruptcy Advice Clinic located in Minneapolis and Saint Paul.
