ANNE L. COWGUR is a partner in the law firm of Bingham McHale LLP, where she practices in the areas of appellate, business litigation, labor and employment, business labor and employment, media law, and women's forum. She is a member of the Indiana State, Indianapolis, Seventh Circuit and American bar associations. Ms. Cowgur earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law.

MICHAEL R. LIMRICK is a partner in the law firm of Bingham McHale LLP where he represents businesses in trial and appellate courts around the country. His practice includes warranty and other contract disputes, commercial fraud, intellectual property and unfair competition litigation, and federal and state constitutional matters. He has served as a judicial clerk to Associate Justice Theodore R. Boehm of the Indiana Supreme Court and as an adjunct professor for the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. Mr. Limrick has written numerous articles and publications including "Clarifying Operation of Trial Rules 4.4(A) and 75(A)," 50 Res Gestae, January/February 2007; and "Belated Appeals & Blakely (or is it Apprendi?) Retroactivity," Res Gestae, July/August 2007. Mr. Limrick is a member of the American, Seventh Circuit, Indiana State and Indianapolis bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from Marietta College and his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.

JOHN McCAULEY is a partner in the law firm of Bingham McHale LLP, where he maintains a diverse commercial litigation and trial practice in state and federal courts throughout Indiana and elsewhere in the United States. He also has argued numerous appeals in state and federal courts. Mr. McCauley has represented and advised clients in connection with litigation and arbitration involving commercial disputes, professional malpractice, environmental contamination, constitutional challenges, securities, antitrust; RICO and fraud, multi-forum and complex litigation, bankruptcy and class actions. As a former naval aviator and aviation safety officer, Mr. McCauley has represented clients in numerous aviation-related matters. He is a member of the Indiana State, Indianapolis, Seventh Circuit and American bar associations. Mr. McCauley earned his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law.
